However, debutant Nelson Woodman and Shermanie Graham completed the onslaught for We United with two second half goals.

There was a chance to make it a perfect five-nil after former Exodus forward, Ashwan Hill was brought down in the penalty box. United’s keeper stepped up but struck his shot against the post.

Coach of WE United, Kenny Jno Charles says, “That was expected. We’re just starting to get into the groove of what we can play.”

He added, “The guys hate losing games games and we also step up our intensity at training and we emphasized to guys that we have to play our brand of football which is WE United Football so losing the first game it was like an eye-opener and we’re not looking to lose another game.”
