After a brilliant start on the first day of the First Test against England, West Indies suffered major setbacks with strikes from James Anderson who took four wickets in the final session to swing the match in England’s favour in Barbados.
Shai Hope, Roston Chase and Shimron Hetmyer all stroke half centuries but the England seamer, Anderson, dismissed Hope for 57, before removing Roston Chase for 54, along with Shane Dowrich and captain Jason Holder with the second new ball.
Kemar Roach was the last wicket to fall on the opening day of the test match. He was caught off the last ball to leave the Windies 264-8.
